Moose
Is a shy dog who needs a strong but gentle handler to help him overcome his fears. He bonds quickly and strongly with his handler and will fiercely 'protect' them. Moose will need some guidance and socialization to learn that not everything is a threat. A little love goes a long way with this guy, and he really needs some stability to become the best he can be. To help him feel safe, we require that anyone who wants to take moose home will come to visit multiple times so that he can get to know you. You will also need to speak to someone on our behavior team about what Moose will need in his new home. Moose does not get along with other animals so will need to be the only pet in the home.
