March Meowness is ON. Find your new MVP (Most Valued Pet) during PetSmart Charities’ National Adoption Week, March 23–29.

During March Meowness, competition is fierce and the stakes are high for adoptable pets looking for their furever homes. Spokane Humane Society is proud to partner with PetSmart Charities® to bring adoptable pets to Northpointe PetSmart in celebration of National Adoption Week, taking place March 23 – 29, 2026.

Northpointe PetSmart, 9950 N Newport Hwy | March 23–29 | daily outreach from 11am-5pm

NAW events and adoption specials are held daily during open hours, 10 am–6 pm. Please bring your animals and children for potential meet & greets, *NO HOLDS*.

Mission Monday

We’re kicking off National Adoption Week with $0 adoption fees for our beloved longtimers!

Adoption fees are waived for pets who’ve been with us 14+ days, including some amazing dogs and cats still waiting for their forever homes who just need that special match! Ask about our Foster-to-Adopt program.

Donation Drive: Full court support! Shop the Store or bring pet food and enrichment donations, and drop them in our doggy/kiddie pool to support pets in need in our community and those in our care.
